We appreciate it's not always easy buying the perfect garment online and we understand that you may need to exchange items occasionally.
Please Note: Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange for any international purchases or on any jewellery, accessories, handbags,discounted or sale items.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any of our products but do offer exchange for incorrect size, change of mind etc providing the item you have purchased is not on sale or specified otherwise in the product category.
How to exchange an item:
1.)Please contact us via email: email@example.com to request a return address and to advise us of the reason for you wanting to exchange your item(s). Please list what product you wish to swap it over for, so that we can check the availability of the product in which you would like for an exchange.
2.) Please ensure your return is sent back to us in secure packaging along with your name, contact details and please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
3.)Upon receiving your returned item we will contact you in regards to whether you meet all return requirements and whether we have your requested replacement available for an exchange.
Please Note: We will not charge you freight or postage costs when returning an item to you for an exchange but any shipping/postage costs incurred by you the purchaser in sending the item back to our office will be at you the purchasers cost.
RETURN DUE TO FAULT:
In the event that you are returning a faulty garment we ask that you inform us immediately.
Please see above guidelines for returning a garment. Once your garment has been received into our office, you will be notified if we accept that the fault is due to a manufacturing defect and if so will send you the replacement item for an exchange.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Australia: All items shipped within Australia are free of charge to the purchaser. Sin City Clothing employs the services of Australia Post to handle all shipping. We offer shipping via Express Post and any orders placed before 12:00pm will be shipped that day, any orders after that time will be shipped the following day. You can request shipping that day if your order is placed after 12:00pm via email and we will advise if this is possible for you or not.
All international shipping outside of Australia will be charged a $25.00AUD postage cost. We ship to most world wide countries but If you would like your item to be shipped any where else in the world please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a postage quote for you. Your item will be sent via Australia Post and by air mail.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
Your order will arrive within a maximum of 3 working days within Australia.
International purchases you should expect your item within 5-20 working days.
Tracking your Order:You can request a tracking order number upon completion of purchase and payment. You can then track your order by visiting the Australia Post home page and clicking on “Track your Order” or "Track my Item".
