My order never arrived? 
Please notify Australia Post of your Express post parcel tracking ID and have them file a missing item report. Please also contact us at info@sincityclothing.com.au and let us know so we can find out more about your order.
I received the wrong product? 
Please contact us within 24hours of receiving your package to arrange return & redelivery.
What is your return policy?

When will my order be shipped? 
Your order will be shipped same day if it is in stock and if placed before 12pm, otherwise the next business day. 
International Shipping 
We can ship anywhere in the world but outside of Australia it will be at your cost of $25.00AUD. If you require delivery to a country in which is not listed in our ship to section upon purchasing an item, Please contact us at info@sincityclothing.com.au for international postage charges
When will my order be shipped to a country outside of Australia? 
Your order will be shipped within 1 day of payment clearance

Once I place my order, How long will it be before my goods arrive? 

We suggest that you allow a minimum of 3 clear working days for your goods to arrive within Australia. (Please do not include Saturdays and Sundays)
International postage expected delivery time is between 5-20 days depending on what country the item(s) are being shipped to. 

Do you offer refunds? 

Please note all items are quality inspected before sending to you, but if for some reason you are not 100% happy we do offer an exchange for change of mind, incorrect sizing etc..

What happens if my order arrives and it is damaged? 
As noted all of our items are quality inspected before sending to the customer, So If you receive a damaged package please make a note that it is damaged when signing for the package.

Any problems or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
